Jim was terrific! Not only was he extremely thorough, he also broke everything down so we could understand. Explaining what was important what was not, what were big vs. small fixes and how to fix things... His service helped us come up with a list of things to ask the sellers to fix, and also a whole separate list of how to maintain the home after move-in (and prevent problems in the future). He took his time to inspect everything and explain everything. He is really a gold mine of information and know-how!
